Cool off in one of the longest canyons in Turkey, then enjoy a riverside trout lunch surrounded by towering rock walls.
Balart Turizm Acentası Belge No: 17734
Ride along one of Turkey's longest beaches at Patara as the sun sets over the Mediterranean — a peaceful, memorable nature tour.
Stretching for 18 kilometres, Patara is one of Turkey's longest beaches and also a protected nature reserve. Riding a horse along this vast stretch of sand is a peaceful, unforgettable experience — especially at sunset.
The tour starts by matching riders with horses suited to their experience level, followed by a short briefing. Riders then move along the beach at a relaxed pace, with the sound of the sea, open sand and rolling hills setting the scene.
Patara's west-facing position makes it an ideal spot to watch the sunset. Riding along the beach as the sun dips toward the sea is the most memorable part of the tour — both for photos and for the experience itself.
Tip: Carry your phone or camera in a waterproof pouch — the route can pass close to the waves.
